How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Incommincenties Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Incommincenties Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Incommincenties Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@incommincenties.help and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer our email and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
